Meat Masala

STEPS OF COOKING

  1. Heat ½ cup oil and fry 3 medium finely sliced onions (300g) for few minutes.
  2. Add 500g meat (cubes), 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp ginger paste and 2-3 tbsps pf Shan Meat Masala Mix. Stir fry for few minutes.
  3. Add 1 medium finely diced tomato, stir fry and add 4 cups of water.  Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender.
  4. Increase heat, stir and cook until the oil separates from masala. For desired gravy, if necessary, add appropriate amount of water.
