Tikkiya Kabab Masala

STEPS OF COOKING

  1. In half cup of water mix 2-3 tbsps. Shan Tikkiya Kabab Masala Mix.
  2. Add this masala, 1 medium finely sliced onion, 1-2 tbsps. chopped green chilies and 3-4 tbsps. chopped green coriander to 1 ½ kg minced meat ground with some fat. Mix and knead like dough.
  3. Form thin round tikkiyas 2” – 3” in diameter. Shallow fry in 3-4 tbsps. oil/ghee till slightly brown on both sides.

Serve hot with chutney.
