STEPS OF COOKING
- Dissolve 1 packet Shan Fish Mix in half cup of water, and apply to 1 ½ kg whole fish or large slices and marinate for half (½) hour.
- Heat 600-800 ml (3-4 teacups) oil and deep fry the fish on medium heat until light golden.Turn side to evenly fry from all sides.
- Remove from oil, drain and serve hot with fresh lemons and sauce.
