Lauki Halwa
STEPS OF COOKING
- Add 1 Cup Sugar to the 500g shredded Lauki/Gourd and cook on medium heat until all liquid dries up.
- Add 1 Cup ghee and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Then Shan Special Lauki Halwa Mix and stir continuously. Cook for 3-5 minutes and serve hot.
