STEPS OF COOKING
- Mix 1 packet Shan Shish Taouk Mix, 4 tablespoons lemon juice and 2-3 tablespoons oil / butter. Apply it to the 1 kg, skinless, boneless small cubes of Chicken/Lamb/Beef.Set aside to marinate for 2-3 hours.
- Skewer the meat and grill on very low heat of charcoal grill or table top grill.
- Turn the pieces over to cook evenly, basting often with marinate.
