Aaloo Bhaji

STEPS OF COOKING

  1. Add 1kg of peeled medium potato cut into thin round slices, 2 medium (125g) finely diced tomatoes, and 1 packet Shan Aaloo Bhaji Mix in 8 cups of water. Boil on medium heat until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally. 
  2. Stir and mash the potatoes to thicken the gravy.
  3. Add 3-4 medium sliced/chopped green chilies, 3-4 tbsps. Coarsely chopped fresh coriander (Cilantro), Stir and remove.


     SERVING SUGGESTION

     Serve with Hot purees and Shan Pickle
