STEPS OF COOKING

  1. Dissolve 1 packet Shan Fish Mix in half cup of water, and apply to 1 ½ kg whole fish or large slices and marinate for half (½) hour.   
  2. Heat 600-800 ml (3-4 teacups) oil and deep fry the fish on medium heat until light golden.Turn side to evenly fry from all sides.
  3. Remove from oil, drain and serve hot with fresh lemons and sauce.
