Jelly Crystals-Orange
STEPS OF COOKING
- Boil 2 cups (400ml) of water in a saucepan and pour in all the contents of Shan Jelly Crystals. Stir continuously till jelly crystals are dissolved.
- Pour the hot mixture into a mould and allow it to cool for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Refrigerate the jelly mould for at least 1 hour.
- Use a knife to loosen the edges of the jelly mould and invert it over a serving dish.
Serve chilled.
