Jelly Crystals Mango

STEPS OF COOKING

  1. Boil 2 cups (400ml) of water in a saucepan and pour all the content of Shan Jelly Crystals. Stir continuously till jelly crystals are dissolved.
  2. Pour the hot mixture into a mould and allow it to cool for 15 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Refrigerate the jelly mould for at least 1 hour.
  4. Use a knife to loosen the edges of jelly mould and invert it over a serving dish. 

       Serve chilled.
