Bukhari Rice

STEPS OF COOKING

  1. Heat 200 ml/1 Cup Cooking oil or Butter, stir-fry 200g/2 medium sliced onions until light golden.
  2. Add 1 packet Shan Bukhari Mix, 3-4 Raisins tablespoons and 750g (washed and soaked for 2+ hours) drained rice.
  3. Add 3 ½ cups of hot water and bring to a boil.
  4. Then reduce the heat to low. Cover tightly (with aluminum foil) and cook for 15 minutes. Remove the cover, and fluff the rice with a fork.
  5. Cover and cook for 10 minutes on low heat or until the rice is tender.
