Dissolve one tablespoon Shan Pani Puri Masala Mix in one glass of cold water for an appetizing, digestive and tasty drink. Squeeze half a lemon if desired.
Pani Puri/Gol Gappas:
Prepare the pani puri drink as above. Make a small hole in the Gol Gappas and fill with boiled chickpeas/chholay. Then dip each in Shan Pani Puri drink.
Serve immediately.
