Method of Preparation-1
- In 250g (1 ¼ cup) yogurt add 1 – 1 ½ tbsps. Shan Zaiqedaar Raita Mix and beat/whip well.
Method of Preparation-2
- In 250g (1 ¼ cup) yogurt add 1 – 1 ½ tbsps. Shan Zaiqedaar Raita Mix and beat/whip well.
- Add 1 medium finely diced onion, 1 medium finely diced tomato, 2 tbsps. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro), and 1 finely diced green chili.
