Malaysian Chicken Wings

STEPS OF COOKING

  1. Apply Shan Malaysian Chicken Wings Mix (1 packet) on wet wings (chicken wings, 1 kg, whole with skin) and set aside to marinate for 1 hour or more.
  2. Heat Oil (2 cups) on high flame, add Chicken Wings and lower the flame to medium. Deep fry the wings unit golden brown.

  4. Heat 2-3 tablespoon oil in a heavy pan, add marinated Chicken Wings and grill on each side on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
