STEPS OF COOKING

  1. Mix all the ingredients with 4 tablespoons cooking oil/ butter.
  2. Coat the pieces of 1 kg, boneless thin slices of Chicken/Beef and 200 g thin slices suet with the mixture.
  3. Marinate for 1-2 hours.
  4. Stir-fry meat and suet on high heat for 4-5 minutes or till meat is tender.
  5. Remove from heat and if desired shred the meat. 

Tips: Serve neat or apply thin layer of mayonnaise on pita bread. Add some shredded meat, a few pieces of cucumber pickle, diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce and a  few french fries. Roll and wrap in a napkin. Serve hot.
