STEPS OF COOKING
- Boil 4 medium (300g), peeled and cubed potatoes, 1 cup (100g) Cauliflower broken flowerets, ¾ cup (100g) green peas and 6-8 garlic cloves in water until tender. Then coarsely mash and keep aside.
- On low heat melt 1 cup (200g) butter and add 1 large (100g/ ¾ cup) onions. Fry until transparent. Add 2 medium (100g/ ¾ cup) chopped tomatoes and ½ cup (50g) capsicum. Fry till the tomatoes are tender and done.
- Then add 3 leveled tbsps. (30g) Shan Pav Bhaji Mix and fry for few minutes. Add all the mashed vegetables. Stir fry for few minutes or until butter/oil begins to separate from the vegetables.
Serving Suggestion:
Garnish with green coriander leaves and finely sliced green chilies. Serve hot with buttered buns.
