Falafel

STEPS OF COOKING

  1. Use 1 packet of Shan Falafel Mix. Mix garlic paste 1-2 tbsp, 2-3 tbsp finally chopped green coriander and 1¼ teacups of water to make smooth dough. Set aside for 20-30 inutes.
  2. Heat 3-4 cups (600-800ml) of cooking oil, shape the falafel dough into small 1¼”-2” flat round patties and release in hot oil. Fry on medium heat till light golden.
  3. Reduce heat to low and fry till golden.
  4. Turn and fry evenly on both sides.
  5. Remove, drain and serve hot.
