Use 1 packet of Shan Falafel Mix. Mix garlic paste 1-2 tbsp, 2-3 tbsp finally chopped green coriander and 1¼ teacups of water to make smooth dough. Set aside for 20-30 inutes.
Heat 3-4 cups (600-800ml) of cooking oil, shape the falafel dough into small 1¼”-2” flat round patties and release in hot oil. Fry on medium heat till light golden.
