Palak Paneer
STEPS OF COOKING
- Heat ½ cup (100ml) oil in a pan and fry 100g chopped onion till light golden. Add 2 tsp. ginger paste, 2 tbsp. garlic paste and cook for few seconds. Add 100g diced tomatoes and cook until it becomes soft.
- Add 2 tsp. green chili paste, 2 tbsp. (15g) Shan Palak Paneer Masala, 100g whipped yogurt and ½ cup water to make gravy and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add 500g cleaned, washed and chopped spinach in the gravy and cook for 15 min on low heat. Remove from heat and grind it in grinder to make smooth paste.
- Add salt if needed, 200g paneer cubes (cottage cheese) and 2 tbsp. cream. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
