STEPS OF COOKING

  1. In 1 cup (175 ml) hot oil/ghee fry the onions for few minutes. Add 500g cubes of meat, 3-4 tbsps. Shan Meat & Vegetable Mix and 2-3 medium (200g) medium finely diced tomatoes. Stir fry for few minutes.
  2. Add 2-3 cups of water. Cook on low heat until the meat is tender.
  3. Add 500g mixed vegetables and one cup of water if needed. Cook on high heat for few minutes then lower the heat and cook until vegetables are tender.
