For Variety. 1: Add one cup of condensed milk to the boiling milk in the above recipe.
For Variety. 2: Make the Sheer Khurma cold, then add one cup of fresh cream. Mix and serve cold.
For Variety. 3: Heat ½ cup ghee and add Shan Sheer Khurma Mix. Stir fry for a few minutes, add one cup of milk and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
