Palak Paneer

STEPS OF COOKING

  1. Heat ½ cup (100ml) oil in a pan and fry 100g chopped onion till light golden. Add 2 tsp. ginger paste, 2 tbsp. garlic paste and cook for few seconds. Add 100g diced tomatoes and cook until it becomes soft.
  2. Add 2 tsp. green chili paste, 2 tbsp. (15g) Shan Palak Paneer Masala, 100g whipped yogurt and ½ cup water to make gravy and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add 500g cleaned, washed and chopped spinach in the gravy and cook for 15 min on low heat. Remove from heat and grind it in grinder to make smooth paste.
  4. Add salt if needed, 200g paneer cubes (cottage cheese) and 2 tbsp. cream. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
