Filipino Beef Steak

STEPS OF COOKING

  1. Apply Shan Filipino Beef Steak Mix and oil/butter (5-7 tablespoon ¼ cup)on the meat (chicken/beef 500g/750g, thin fillets). Marinate for 1 hour or more.
  2. Place meat on hot grill / pan and grill on medium heat: In case of Beef 6 minutes on each side or till tender and in case of Chicken 3 minutes on each side or till tender. Serve hot with fresh onion rings.
