Fruit Chaat
STEPS OF COOKING
- Add ½ cup tamarind paste, 3-6 tbsps. lemon juice, 2-3 dates soaked in water for 1 hour, 4-5 tbsps.
- Shan Fruit Chaat Masala and blend well.
- Add 200g (1 cup) chickpeas (boil in 10 cups of water for 2 hours then add 1 teaspoon baking soda and boil for 10 minutes), 1 cup peeled, boiled and cubed potatoes, 1 cup diced guava, 1 cup grapes, 1 cup peeled and diced mangoes, 1 cup diced apples, 1 cup peeled and diced bananas, and ½ cup pomegranate seeds. Mix and serve.
