STEPS OF COOKING

  1. Heat oil, fry onions until transparent, add garlic paste, ginger paste, Shan Keema Mix and ground / minced meat. Stir fry until liquid nearly dries.
  2. Add tomatoes and 1-2 cups water. Cover and cook on low heat (20-30 minutes) until mince is tender.
  3. Add green chilies, fresh coriander and cook until oil separates. Stir frequently.

     For Gravy: Add 1-2 cups water and bring to boil. Then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

  1. If desired remove excessive oil before serving.

     Serving Suggestion: Serve with hot roti / naan.
