Lahori Fish

STEPS OF COOKING

  1. Mix half cup of water in 1 packet Shan Lahori Fish Mix and make a smooth batter. Apply on 1 kg boneless cubes/  steaks/ fingers/ slices/ fillets of fish/prawns.
  2. Deep fry fish in 2-3 cups (500ml) until golden and crisp.


  Serving Suggestion:

  1.  Serve with Shan Green & Tomato Chutney.

  Different Variations:

  1. Add one egg in the batter. OR
  2. Add 2 tbs. chopped green chillies and
  3. chopped cilantro. OR
  4. Add 2 tbs. chopped garlic in batter.
