STEPS OF COOKING
Mix half cup of water in 1 packet Shan
Lahori Fish Mix and make a smooth
batter. Apply on 1 kg boneless cubes/
steaks/ fingers/ slices/ fillets of
fish/prawns.
Deep fry fish in 2-3 cups (500ml) until
golden and crisp.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with Shan Green & Tomato Chutney.
Different Variations:
Add one egg in the batter. OR
Add 2 tbs. chopped green chillies and
chopped cilantro. OR
Add 2 tbs. chopped garlic in batter.
