STEPS OF COOKING
- Add 1kg of peeled medium potato cut into thin round slices, 2 medium (125g) finely diced tomatoes, and 1 packet Shan Aaloo Bhaji Mix in 8 cups of water. Boil on medium heat until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally.
- Stir and mash the potatoes to thicken the gravy.
- Add 3-4 medium sliced/chopped green chilies, 3-4 tbsps. Coarsely chopped fresh coriander (Cilantro), Stir and remove.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve with Hot purees and Shan Pickle
