Mix 1 packet of Shan Chicken Ginger Mix with 2-3 tablespoons yogurt and apply to 1 kg small cubes of chicken on bones. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat ½ cup cooking oil and fry ½ finely chopped medium onion until it starts to change color. Add 1 finely chopped tomato. Stir fry until oil separates.
Add the marinated chicken and stir fry for 5 minutes. Then add half cup of water. Cover and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Stir-in 3 pieces of fresh ginger sliced into julienne strips, 3 green chillies slit lengthwise in half and 3 tablespoons of butter. Stir fry for few minutes and remove.
Garnish with 1-2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Cilantro.
