Fried Fish

STEPS OF COOKING

  1. Mix 2-3 tbsp. garlic paste, 1 packet Shan Fried Fish Mix and 1 tbsp. oil. Apply on 1kg cubed or sliced fish/prawns. Set aside for 2-3 hours.
  2. Fry fish in 2-3 cups hot cooking oil until light golden. Enjoy tasty Fried Fish with Shan Chaat Masala and lime juice. 

Fish/Prawn Curry

  1. Fry 2-3 medium size finely sliced onions in ½ - 1 cup hot oil until golden. Add 15-20 curry leaves (optional), 1-2 tbsp. garlic paste, 1-2 medium chopped tomatoes, and 1 packet Shan Fried Fish Mix. Stir fry for a few minutes.
  2. Add 1 kg cubed or sliced fish/prawns and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add ½ - 1 cup water if desired. Simmer on low heat until the fish is tender.
  3. Batter Fried Fish
  4. Follow step No.1 of Fried Fish. 
  5. In one cup gram flour add one egg and enough water to make a smooth/thin paste. Dip the fish and deep fry until golden.
