Fried Chops/Steaks

STEPS OF COOKING

1. Apply 1 packet Shan Fried Chops Mix on 2kg  beaten and flat pieces of chops/fillets. Leave it  aside for about 2 hours. 

2. Heat 1 cup (175ml) oil/ghee and add the chops.  Stir fry for few minutes. Then tightly cover the  pot and cook on very low heat for 10-15  minutes. Do not overcook. Serving Suggestion: Serve hot with French fries, green chutney and  tomato sauce. Tips for Best Results: Use mutton or beef fillets: undercut / fillet menu.  Hammer the meat with a flat knife or kitchen  hammer.
