Jelly Falooda

STEPS OF COOKING

  1. Bring to boil ¾ cup /125 ml of water and add content of  Shan Crystal Jelly sachet. Stir until it gets dissolved. Pour out in mould, allow it to cool and refrigerate.
  2. Separately boil 750ml (3 Cups) of milk and add all the content of Shan Jelly Falooda Mix in it while stir.
  3. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes and stir occasionally.
  4. Cool and refrigerate. Stir and fill ¾ glass with Shan Jelly Falooda, top with crushed ice and place Shan Crystal Jelly on top. For variation add ice cream before Jelly.
