Jelly Falooda
STEPS OF COOKING
- Bring to boil ¾ cup /125 ml of water and add content of Shan Crystal Jelly sachet. Stir until it gets dissolved. Pour out in mould, allow it to cool and refrigerate.
- Separately boil 750ml (3 Cups) of milk and add all the content of Shan Jelly Falooda Mix in it while stir.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes and stir occasionally.
- Cool and refrigerate. Stir and fill ¾ glass with Shan Jelly Falooda, top with crushed ice and place Shan Crystal Jelly on top. For variation add ice cream before Jelly.
