Meat Masala
STEPS OF COOKING
- Heat ½ cup oil and fry 3 medium finely sliced onions (300g) for few minutes.
- Add 500g meat (cubes), 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp ginger paste and 2-3 tbsps pf Shan Meat Masala Mix. Stir fry for few minutes.
- Add 1 medium finely diced tomato, stir fry and add 4 cups of water. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender.
- Increase heat, stir and cook until the oil separates from masala. For desired gravy, if necessary, add appropriate amount of water.
